HISTORY

ZOMIS was founded in 1992 as a result of restructuring process carried out in automotive manufacturer FSO SA in Waraw of Poland. We launched our business operations under name of ZAGOSPODAROWANIE Sp. z o.o. followed by its current name ZOMIS changed in May 1998.

  • The initial capital of the company is 1,822,500 PLN

  • The shareholders of the company consist of:
    - European entity - more than 50%
    - FSO SA
    - individuals

  • ZOMIS has committed its activity to meet high expectations of its clients in the range of:
    • complete services of waste management

    • trading scrap metal

    • recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment
