WOOD WASTE RECYCLING SERVICES

ZOMIS Sp. Ltd. is a professional company active in the production and supply of biomass mainly wood chips. We offer comprehensive solutions for the processing, recycling and transportation of all waste wood free from chemical impurities for use as chips. We participate in the reception and processing of waste from collected Christmas trees from the area of Warsaw in cooperation with municipal operator. Christmas trees we process into the chips supplied to the plant as biomass. All our grinding services are performed with one of the most efficient recyclers Bandit Beast 2680. The Model 2680 features a patented cuttermill system that actually breaks material apart by cutting and splitting as opposed to the beating action used by traditional grinders. The system combined with high-speed drive system allows the unit easily shred the material to a diameter of 75 cm. It operates a 450HP engine power, size of throat 750 × 1524 mm and is equipped with a magnetic separator of ferrous metals. Bandit Beast 2680 is particularly effective for processing various materials into valuable products (eg. biomass) of fraction sized to 15mm.

We have produced and delivered more than 100 000 tons of wood biomass coming out of various sources. We provide our chips to many plants in the country including Vattenfall plant in Warsaw. Our advantages are a perfect location in Warsaw (former area of FSO SA) and team of experienced operators as well as our own transport fleet. Recycling Services are provided on-site. We also have a storage yard of the area 4000 m² and we have our own truck scales. Thanks to the mobile grinder we can provide our services in the location specified by the customer!
